All parents are invited to join and participate in the McDowall State School Parents' and Citizens' Association. Meetings are held each month in k block (OSH building). Meeting dates and times are published within the Tartan Times date claimers.
The P&C Association promotes the interests of, and facilitates the development and further improvement of the school by promoting parent participation, encouraging close co-operation between parents, students and staff and promoting positive community support. In doing so, members work closely with the principal. Together, we continuously strive to both make our school the best that it can possibly be within available resources and to deliver the best possible instruction and learning experiences for our students.
